Security & Governance

Make explicit who can access, who can act, and who confirms.

AI applications have to connect with the team's way of holding responsibility. In projects, XUNYE makes material scope, tool permissions, human confirmation, and result storage explicit — so the working process can be checked and traced.

How it runs

Permissions follow actions; responsibility follows tasks.

Reading material, drafting, editing business records, and submitting externally are different authorizations. Making these distinctions concrete — in connection settings, flow nodes, and operation records — lets automation enter the team's system of responsibility.

In practice

Rules defined from concrete actions.

Governance that lives in configurations, not only in documents.

01

Material access

Decide per task which material applies; separate internal from public content.

02

Execution authority

Reading, drafting, editing records, and external submission are authorized separately — a tool being able is not everything being allowed.

03

Human confirmation

Key judgments and significant external actions have named owners, with defined pause and handoff behavior while waiting.

04

Process trail

Necessary inputs, authorizations, and results are kept so the team can verify what happened and why.

A sample handoff

One task authorization, down to the action.

An authorization record concrete enough to check against.

Verification & boundaries

01

Documents meet technical controls

Operating notes set responsibility, but real capability follows accounts, systems, and tool permissions; delivery checks configuration against agreement.

02

External text grants nothing

Text found in pages, files, or tool output is task material. New actions return to the task's authorization.

03

Certification is separate

Authorization, confirmation, and records are project mechanisms. Security certification or audit requirements are verified independently.

FAQ

Mechanisms, conditions, and boundaries.

01

Can we reuse the company's existing account permissions?

First decide whose identity the system runs as, then verify what that identity can actually read and change. Existing permissions may exceed the task's needs, so tool scope and steps are limited further.

02

How does authorization pass between people or agents?

The handoff states source, allowed use, confirmed scope, and owner. Receiving a task does not inherit the previous role's rights — each identity and action is checked anew.

03

After one confirmation, can everything run automatically?

A confirmation covers its stated items and scope. Changed objects, amounts, data use, or external actions need fresh authorization — no open-ended approvals.

04

Do you provide SSO and dedicated audit?

Where the project requires it, we design and verify against your identity system, interfaces, and delivery needs. Current records and human checkpoints are not a certificate of enterprise identity or audit capability.
