XUNYE Technology · INTEGRATION & DEPLOYMENT

Integration & Deployment

Start from existing tools and bring AI into the business flow.

The data, sheets, and business systems a company already runs are the foundation. XUNYE first confirms available interfaces, data scope, and operation requirements, then chooses connection methods and runtime environment.

How it runs

Fit into existing work — and plan the maintenance.

Start from how data enters, where tasks run, and where results are written back; confirm interfaces, identities, and exception handling. Deployment is not just choosing a server — it names responsibility for model calls, backups, version updates, and incident response.

In practice

Connections and maintenance, arranged together.

Integration scope, method, environment, and upkeep are decided as one picture.

01

Scope of integration

Which data, which actions, where results land — avoiding unnecessary system rework.

02

How to connect

Prefer existing interfaces and supported capabilities; for restricted environments, assess what is reachable before choosing an approach.

03

Where it runs

Evaluate dedicated cloud, hybrid, or on-premises against data location, network, models, and maintenance duty; coordinate local compute where needed.

04

Upgrades & upkeep

Agree backup, version updates, issue handling, and recovery; re-check affected flows after key connections change.

A sample handoff

Between systems, a shared agreement.

The connection contract a project works from.

Task recordExample / INTEGRATION & DEPLOYMENT
Business goal
Turn approved material into rows in the agreed sheet
Read from
Sources the agreed account can access
Write to
Named sheet and fields; other data untouched
Model calls
Which fields are sent; where processing happens
On failure
Keep task state; avoid double writes
Maintenance
Interface updates, backup restore, response — each with an owner

Verification & boundaries

Deployment location and data flow, verified together.

01

Interface I/O verified

02

Real data flow confirmed

03

01

Architecture follows conditions

Dedicated cloud, hybrid, and on-premises each carry maintenance demands; the choice follows data, network, models, and people — no default.

02

Compute and models as needed

Local compute or models are coordinated and adapted when required; a deployable application does not mean every model runs on your devices.

03

Connections change

After interfaces, permissions, or field structures change, verify affected reads, writes, and recovery before widening use.

FAQ

Mechanisms, conditions, and boundaries.

01

What part do APIs and MCP play?

APIs expose data and actions from systems; MCP is one protocol for offering tools and resources to AI applications. Neither replaces account authorization or business scope; use depends on what the system actually supports.

02

Dedicated cloud, hybrid, or on-premises?

Map where material, applications, and models sit, then compare network reachability, maintenance capability, and data control. Hybrid keeps some data and links inside your environment while authorized external services are used.

03

A successful API call means the job is done?

Not yet — verify the result truly saved, fields match, and retries do not duplicate records. Connection acceptance covers business results and failure recovery, not a 200 response.

04

Who maintains it after launch?

Delivery names owners for application, interfaces, model accounts, infrastructure, and data, plus backup, upgrades, and incident response. Take-over, co-maintenance, or ongoing support are agreed separately.
