Privacy Policy
What happens to information when you visit this website.
This policy applies to xunye.space, operated by Suzhou Xunye Culture Technology Co., Ltd. Separate products, external application forms, and third-party websites may have their own notices.

Information we process
To deliver and protect the website, the server creates standard access logs that may include visit time, IP address, browser information, requested path, and the full HTTP Referer. Requests needed to serve a page are processed even if optional analytics is declined.
Only after you accept optional analytics do we record a random identifier for the current tab, page paths, shortened campaign labels or external referring domains, visible foreground time, and clicks on a limited set of product, service, and contact links. These events do not contain form input, full referring URLs, or page query strings.
If you email us, contact us on WeChat, or use an external application form, we process the details you provide to respond and discuss the matter. Please avoid sending unrelated sensitive information in an initial enquiry.
Cookies and browser storage
The XUNYE website currently sets no analytics or advertising cookies and loads no third-party advertising tracker. It uses localStorage to remember your optional analytics choice. If you accept, sessionStorage holds a random identifier limited to the current browser tab, and analytics events are sent to this site.
You can change your choice through Cookie Settings in the footer of any page. A choice is kept for up to 180 days; after that, or if you clear site data, we ask again. Declining or withdrawing optional analytics does not prevent you from using the website.
Purpose, sharing, and retention
Server logs help serve pages, diagnose problems, and protect the site. Consented analytics helps us understand pages, channels, and key links. Raw server logs are rotated under the current configuration after about 14 days; event records without IP addresses are retained in a private dashboard for up to 90 days.
The site uses third-party hosting infrastructure. We do not sell website analytics data to advertisers or load a third-party analytics script. If you follow links to Feishu forms, GitHub, social networks, or other external sites, their own rules apply. Enquiry emails and project correspondence are retained for the period needed to handle the matter and meet contractual or applicable legal requirements.
Processing grounds and access across regions
Website operation and security logs respond to page requests and help protect the site. Optional analytics depends on your affirmative consent. When you contact us, we process relevant information to respond or discuss possible cooperation. Any retention or disclosure required by law follows the applicable rules.
The website is currently hosted on a DMIT server in Los Angeles, United States. Page requests and standard access logs are processed there. If you consent to optional analytics, its events first enter the same-site logs and are then aggregated without raw IP addresses for XUNYE to view on a restricted device. This may involve processing outside your country or region. Requirements for international processing vary; contact us at the address below for details of the current arrangement.
Safeguards and your choices
The website uses HTTPS. The analytics dashboard is available only at a restricted local address, not as a public website; data sent to it excludes raw IP addresses. Access to logs and systems is limited according to operational need. No online service can promise absolute security.
You may decline or withdraw optional analytics at any time. To request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection regarding details you provided, or to ask a privacy question, email us below. We will verify and handle requests as applicable. Local law may also grant portability and supervisory-authority complaint rights. Minors should use the site with guidance from a parent or guardian.
Updates
If our data categories, purposes, or third-party services change materially, we will update this page and its version date. New optional tracking that requires consent will not start before a new choice is requested.
